Last week at Patta Amsterdam, we came together to create space beyond nightlife. Centering reflection, dialogue and connection. While the dancefloor remains vital, this gathering was about slowing down and engaging with what it means to build, lose and reclaim queer spaces today.
Queer spaces are never fixed. They are shaped through conversation, care, tension and community; constantly evolving alongside the people who inhabit them.
With candid conversations between Jinan Viyet, Chloe Heyat, Daniel Smedeman and Sierra Durgaram, the session opened up important reflections on safety, belonging, and navigating creative and public life. Thank you to everyone who showed up and shared. The conversation continues.
